Scoring Rules & Methodology

  • Precipitation: Up to 50 points deducted proportional to hourly rain probability.
  • Temperature: Scored against ideal activity range (18°C to 26°C). Deductions apply linearly outside this band.
  • Wind: Up to 20 points deducted when peak gusts exceed 25 km/h.
  • Time Zones: Hourly timestamps are evaluated against the target city’s native timezone (America/Toronto) for daytime windows (07:00–22:00).
