Scoring Rules & Methodology
- Precipitation: Up to 50 points deducted proportional to hourly rain probability.
- Temperature: Scored against ideal activity range (64°F to 79°F). Deductions apply linearly outside this band.
- Wind: Up to 20 points deducted when peak gusts exceed 16 mph.
- Time Zones: Hourly timestamps are evaluated against the target city’s native timezone (America/Indiana/Indianapolis) for daytime windows (07:00–22:00).
